About Our Group

NavigateHR is the only virtual community for service-based small business owners in the mental health / healthcare industry where we’ll tackle all things “HR” (human resources) as you grow and lead your business.

NavigateHR is a membership-based group program, presented by HRAnswers.org, where you will get access to relevant, helpful human resources information and samples, FAQs, as well as weekly live group coaching and monthly HR and leadership training provided by experts.

Our mission is to create and deliver a supportive environment where Practice owners and leaders can come to feel more confident leading their employees, resulting in better relationships and workplace experiences for everyone!

We offer 2 membership options:

Monthly or Annual Memberships.
Annual Members get the added bonus of  private 45-minute HR Strategy Sessions with a certified HR Consultant (over $1,500 value when purchased seprately).
